General Provisions

The Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted together constitute the entire agreement between us and you with respect to your use of our website and the parties shall attempt to resolve the disputes, if any relating to the privacy policy through negotiations through mutual appointment of a third party as arbitrator. If the matter cannot be resolved, through negotiation/arbitration, then; this agreement will be governed by the substantive laws of the India. Any disagreement between parties because of the agreement will be, without exception, placed before a qualified court in Ahmedabad, India.

You agree to indemnify and hold the company,  affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the website . If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, it will be construed as far as possible to reflect the intention and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
