Before you return a Complimento Product, please take a moment to understand how our products are created. We at Complimento get our products handcrafted as well as sourced from some of the finest designers, making our products unique and standout from others. Therefore, all our products go through thorough quality check before shipping.


Return, Exchange and Refund Policy:
1) Return/Exchange request has been made within 3 days of product delivery to the customer.
2) All products (except those bought on sale from website) can be returned. All returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, bags, cards and boxes along with original receipts/invoices.
Note: Return of products due to receipt of defective/wrong product, then; in such cases; video recording while opening the product shall be mandatory.
3) Products bought on sale are non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable except when wrong/defective products are received, in such cases; video recording while opening the product shall be mandatory.
4) Customized products shall be non-returnable/non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
5) Once the request for return has been placed within 3 days of receipt of the product, pick-up shall be scheduled and the cost for the same shall be borne by the company. Further, after quality check of the returned product, if it is found satisfactory and as per the terms mentioned in point 2, the refund will be initiated and it shall reflect in the customer’s bank account within 48 hours.
6) In case of return of the product, forward and reverse shipping cost will be borne by the company.
7) In case the product is exchanged, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer, if the exchange of product is made more than once.
8) Refunds shall not be given in the following cases:

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Incorrect delivery address.
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Return request not notified within 3 days of product delivery to the customer.
