1. About Complimento

Complimento Ecom Pvt. Ltd. operates an online platform offering handcrafted and fashion jewellery and related products.

Our products may be handmade, handcrafted, individually finished, or produced in limited quantities. Accordingly, minor variations in appearance, colour, texture, size, finish, or design may occur.

2. Eligibility

By using this Website or placing an order, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
• The information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
• You will use the Website only for lawful purposes.

However, due to the handcrafted nature of certain products and differences in screen displays and photography, the actual product may have minor variations from the images shown online.

Such minor variations shall not, by themselves, constitute a product defect.

Complimento reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information at any time.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Complimento reserves the right to:

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges, where applicable, shall be displayed or communicated to the Customer before completion of the purchase, to the extent required by applicable law.

Complimento reserves the right to correct any pricing error. If an order has been placed based on an obvious pricing error, Complimento may cancel the order and refund any amount already paid.

6. Offers, Discounts and Promotions

Complimento may offer discounts, promotional codes, special offers, free gifts, or other promotional benefits from time to time.

Each promotion may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

An order shall be considered accepted only after Complimento confirms the order through an order confirmation, invoice, email, message, or other written communication.

Complimento reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:

• Payment failure;
• Incorrect or incomplete Customer information;
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
• Duplicate orders;

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Payment

Customers must make payment using the payment methods made available on the Website.

Complimento may use third-party payment gateway providers to process payments.

An order may be processed or dispatched only after successful payment confirmation, where applicable.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, unauthorized, or otherwise not successfully received, Complimento reserves the right to hold, cancel, or suspend the relevant order.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Complimento may offer Cash on Delivery (“COD”) as a payment option for selected products, locations, customers, or orders, subject to availability and applicable conditions.

Where COD is available, the Customer shall be required to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery using cash or another payment method accepted by the delivery partner, as applicable.

Complimento reserves the right to:

• Limit or disable COD availability for certain products, locations, order values, or customers;
• Set a minimum or maximum order value for COD orders;
• Apply a COD handling or service charge, where applicable, which shall be communicated to the Customer before order confirmation;
• Contact the Customer to verify a COD order before dispatch;
• Cancel a COD order if the Customer does not confirm the order or if the order cannot reasonably be verified;
• Restrict or refuse COD for customers with a history of refused, returned, or undelivered COD orders; and
• Cancel or hold a COD order where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, duplicate ordering, or other unauthorized activity.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate contact and delivery information and remain available to receive the COD order.

If a Customer refuses to accept a COD order after dispatch, repeatedly places COD orders without accepting them, or provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information resulting in a failed delivery, Complimento may restrict or disable COD availability for future orders.

For COD orders, delivery of the product shall be subject to successful completion of the applicable payment and delivery process.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges for COD orders shall be governed by the Refund Policy published on the Website.

If a refund is approved for a COD order, Complimento may request the Customer's bank account, UPI, or other payment details required to process the refund. The Customer must provide accurate payment details for receiving the refund.

Complimento shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by the Customer's unavailability, refusal to accept the order, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond Complimento's reasonable control.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery shall be governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product availability, order processing time, courier service, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances.

Complimento shall make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the communicated timeframe but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Complimento shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

This includes the correct:

• Name;
• Mobile number;
• Email address;
• House/building number;
• Street/locality;
• City;
• State;
• PIN code; and
• Any other information required for successful delivery.

Complimento shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, additional charges, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

12. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges shall be governed by the Refund Policy published on the Website.

The eligibility of a product for return, refund, replacement, or exchange may depend on the nature and condition of the product and the conditions specified in the applicable Refund Policy.

Certain products may be excluded from return or exchange where permitted by applicable law and where such exclusion is communicated to the Customer.

13. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Complimento may request photographs, videos, packaging details, order information, or other reasonable evidence to assess the claim.

Any approved replacement or refund shall be handled in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

14. Handcrafted Products and Minor Variations

Complimento offers handcrafted and fashion jewellery. Because of the nature of handcrafted production, no two pieces may be perfectly identical.

Minor variations in:

• Colour;
• Pattern;
• Stone placement;
• Beads;
• Texture;
• Finishing;
• Shape; or
• Dimensions

may occur.

Such variations shall not be treated as defects where they are consistent with the handcrafted nature of the product.

15. Made-to-Order and Customized Products

Made-to-order or customized products may have different processing times and may be subject to specific cancellation, return, refund, or exchange conditions.

16. Jewellery Care

Normal wear and tear, tarnishing, oxidation, scratches, fading, or damage caused by improper use, storage, handling, or care may not be considered a manufacturing defect.
